Meeting Format:
- The meeting starts at 9 am
- Networking for 15 minutes
- Welcome and introductions for each attendee
- A 10-15 mins presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A
- 15 mins for announcements, activity reports, and upcoming events
- Adjourns at 10
* This format can be modified at any time and is a guideline for how we run our meetings just to give you an idea of our format. All attendees including new comers are given a chance to introduce themselves and their business. Please be prepared to give up to a 1 minute introduction.
